Yes you did read that correctly, Your resident horse racing tipster is now back in the fold after a brief absence caused by a short stay in hospital :o( I won’t go into the finer details, however suffice to say that I’m ok and raring to go again.

Whilst this is the first time that I’ve posted for almost 3 weeks, my Grosvenor Racing Club tipster service has been operating for a little over a week, after my return back from hospital.

Its been a tough month both on and off the track, with lady luck deserting us at critical times and key moments in certain races not happening the way we anticipated.

At one time we were almost 20 points down, a stark contrast to our recent successful form thus far this year…

In the past week we have managed to trawl ourselves back to a mere 4.5 points down, thanks to three victories that highlight our ‘Value’ mentality, as opposed to backing favourites all the time, as some services do.

Rory’s Sister (7/1) started our good run with victory at Punchestown, followed by Slam Dunk at 11/2 in the meeting at Dundalk. Our Irish contact came up with the goods again, to give us a great chance of breaking profit this month.

The trio of winners came when Judge N’ Jury came home ahead of the field in the 3.35 at Catterick to give us a nice 13/2 winner, so we’re now only 4.5 points down with a third of the month left to go.

This snapshot of winners, albeit in the middle of a dry spell for us this month, really does highlight the benefit of going for quality and value over quantity and even-money horses.

I hope to be updating you next week on another profitable month for us, so watch this space.
