Looks like Multidimensional has faith in its hands

The racing manager to the stable owners, Niarchos Family, Alan Cooper states that Multidimensional looks to have the ground in his favor during the Rose of Lancaster Stakes at Haydock.
He said this when Henry Cecil’s five year old had started out on registering his first victory since September 2007. In fact, I have found out that Multidimensional has reverted to Group Three Company for its extended ten-furlong feature after reaching 7th of eight in the last Coral Eclipse Stakes.
It was the ground conditions that had an effect on his loss at Sandown, and it is because of the better ground conditions at Haydock that Cooper expects Danehill’s son to fare better there.
Cooper explains that the ground was too firm at Sandown while there has been sufficient rain at Haydock to make the ground favorable for him. This is why Cooper expects Multidimensional to run his best mark here.
In fact, it was only in Sandown that Multidimensional’s performance had faltered. He had reached a close second to Macarthur during the Hardwicke stakes of the Royal Ascot, and this is why Cooper expects and is hoping for a repeat great performance from Multidimensional as since Multi had run so well at Ascot, a repetition of the same form will get him in a great spot in Haydock.
