Horse racing: Honors for Europe and Mosse

Although the weather was unseasonably cold and damp for summer, more than 33,000 people appeared to witness the annual four-team jockeys’ competition. Players from across the globe competed in the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup day at Ascot.
The winning team was the European team, where its leading rider Gerald Mosse also won himself the Silver Saddle trophy. The world’s most winning riders with over 10,000 wins a piece, South American Jorge Ricardo and Californian Russell Baze, also made an appearance in the race.
The Rest of the World team also made a great start with its captain Yutaka Take claiming the first two races. However in the end, it was Europe that fought back to win the horse race with 94 points in response to the Rest of the World’s 57 points, Great Britain’s 54 and Ireland coming in fourth with 44 points.
Mosse is a Hong Kong based rider who is greatly happy with the results of the race, and finds it a pleasure to race here. In fact, I have heard that he plans to be here for an additional six months next summer, where he expects to get European support for his horse racing.
