Holland gets another hat trick.

After winning a treble at Yarmouth a day earlier, Darryll Holland continued with his excellent form to win a hat trick at Sandown Park yesterday. With this win, he has brought his winning tally to 54.
Holland was really happy with this additional treble, where he says that he is really riding well while horse racing. It was during the Moneycorp Currency Canter Handicap, while riding Keep Discovering for Mark Johnston that he had earned himself this three timer.
I noticed in the race that after tracking the pace setting Salient, Holland immediately brought his mount into the lead. And with this lead, the pair ended with a score that was a length and a quarter from the 7-2 favorite, Signor Peltro.
In addition to this, Holland also got himself a double on two favorites that were trained by Mick Channon. The first win Holland got was with Tadalavil, who had won with a two and a three quarter length from the Beat The Bell during the Gentlemen’s Day. He then followed with a win during the 8th November Handicap with Too Much Trouble.
Holland was very much impressed with Too Much Trouble, who had beaten Miss Sophisticat by a length and a quarter. In fact, he considered it to be a nice two year old horse that is more of a good and galloping type
