Geordieland set to take on the heat of Freer

The runner up of the Ascot Gold Cup, Geordieland is supposed to appear in the CGA Geoffrey Freer Stakes of Newbury this Saturday. His trainer, Jamie Osborne hopes that the winner will be able to prove his mettle and his position in the Group Three by over a mile and five furlongs.
